Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about your investment in your child's financial education. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read the following carefully before purchasing.

• Refunds apply to the first purchase only. Renewal charges are non-refundable.
• Requests must be submitted within the applicable refund window listed above.
• After the refund window has expired, all sales are final — no exceptions.
• Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not available after the refund window has passed.
• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-refund cycles) may result in account suspension.

To request a refund, email support@littlebricksacademy.com with the subject line: "Refund Request". Please include:

• Your full name and email address on file
• Your original purchase date
• Your subscription type (Monthly or Annual)
• A brief reason for the request (optional but appreciated)

We process refund requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are within the refund window, you must submit a separate refund request as described above.

After cancellation, you retain access to the Platform through the end of your paid billing period.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the Platform, please contact us at support@littlebricksacademy.com before requesting a refund. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.
